This document declares the undertakings by in relation to its definition and handling of Spam.

What is Spam?

In electronic messaging, Spam refers to unsolicited, indiscriminate messages, typically sent for a commercial purpose. Spam messaging includes content posted to the web site, and information sent via electronic messaging. Examples include but are not limited to: misleading commercial messaging, pornography, phishing attempts, malware, gibberish, or content which otherwise does not suit the intention and mission of has a strict Anti-Spam policy. Our email servers automatically scan all incoming email messages, and filter-out those that appear to be Spam. Likewise, content posted by users to are filtered for Spam, either by internal or third-party services, or manually by humans.

Problems with Spam Filtering

False positives may occur in the Spam filtering process, and likewise occasionally legitimate Spam content is overlooked. We do our best to ensure that only Spam content is treated as Spam and when detected, removed from the site.
